After the tapping I couldn't remember the word 'panic', but before the tapping the only word I could think of was 'panic' with regards to my fear of flying.
(Susan, Shropshire).
Tell you what, I'm impressed. It actually bloody works! When the thought field is very specific, it's very quick. There's a numbing of the amplitude of the feeling; I feel completely displaced.
(Simon, Shropshire).
I've lost all the energy to think about my fear of heights and the deep end of the swimming pool. I can't be bothered to think about it. It's like when you think of a maths problem; your brain gets tired and you switch off. It's a bit like a dream, you know that you've dreamt it, but can't bring it back and remember it.
(Lorraine, Stoke on Trent).
Thank you so much for helping my son, you are brilliant, and I knew you would be able to help him.

About an IT consultant suffering from stress etc; My husband is walking on air; I haven't seen him this stress-free for a long time. He's gone to work with a spring in his step. I got carried away with how amazing it was; unbelieveable actually. He feels great and he's even laughing about how stressful his job is
(Susan, Shropshire).
There is no one more skeptical than me and to think that tapping yourself is going to help is totally ridiculous and stupid, but it does work. It makes me feel like I was exaggerating or lying about how serious the problem was before the tapping.

I felt like I was facing an 8' wall and couldn't get over it. The more I jumped, the weaker I got. Now I feel like it's a small wall that I can clear easily.

I have failed six driving tests and on the last two I was so humiliated because the driving examiner had to walk back to the test centre because he terminated the test. Firstly due to my leg shaking that much that I couldn’t continue, and the second because I was so nervous that I nearly hit a car. I had nearly decided to give up driving, when a friend recommended me to Diane, who advised me to try her ‘tapping’. I thought it was really stupid, but anything was worth a try. After a 30 minute session with Diane, I felt really calm and relaxed and for the first time, I believed in myself and was totally in control. I passed my test with six minor faults. As weird as this tapping is, it works and I know that I couldn’t have passed my test without it.

I was on my fifth driving test, and each one seemed to be worse than the last as I got more nervous each time, and kept wondering what I would do wrong this time. I couldn’t remember my right from my left hand, and this caused problems because I wasn’t able to focus quickly enough on where I was meant to be going. After my ‘tapping’ session, I no longer had issues remembering my lefts/rights and passed my test easily with no fear and with total confidence. I knew that I had the ability to pass my test, but I just didn’t believe in myself, but after the tapping, that all changed and I truly believed that I could, and I did!

I have always had problems with the manoeuvres, and this was the only thing holding me back from passing my test. After I tried this taps thing I could visualise doing the manoeuvres perfectly and guess what, I did it on my test. If I had met Diane earlier, I reckon I could have saved about £150 in driving lessons; this stuff is simply genius!
(John, Longton).
I can't believe the difference this 'tapping thing' made. I have failed four tests, and each time my left leg shook so much that I kept stalling. A friend told me to try Diane and I have just passed my test with just 4 minor faults - Amazing! I felt calm and relaxed, just like if I was just on a driving lesson. It didn't even feel like a driving test I was so chilled. I can't tell you how happy I am, this has saved me not only money but the horrible feeling of having to tell my parents that I've failed yet another test.

I got worked up before every lesson because I knew that if I did one little thing wrong, then I'd mess the whole lesson up cos I'd keep thinking about it. My girlfriend had seen Paul McKenna doing this tapping on TV and suggested that I tried it. To be honest I thought it was really stupid, but I saw one of Diane's cards and thought it was worth a try. She promised me that she could help and told me to think of how I felt when I made a mistake on my lesson. I got worked up just thinking about it;I felt angry at myself, embarrassed for being so useless, guilt cos my parents were paying for some of the lessons and a load of other things, all of which stressed me out. After about two minutes of this tapping, I couldn't feel any of these emotions anymore! To be honest, I can't even remember now why I was so worked up over something so stupid as making a mistake on my lesson. All I can say is, I know it sounds totally stupid and weird, but give it a go. I've got my test in two weeks now and I'm not even worried about it. Cheers for your help.

This stuff is ace. Best feeling ever on test day knowing that I could do it.

Wow! Mind blowing is not the word - my friend recommended Diane as I could get everything right except the manoeuvres. I had a total mental block and couldn't even remember my lefts and rights and which way to steer. Diane sorted this out in about two minutes! She then made me visualise my manoeuvres going perfectly, and after tapping I really did believe that I could do it. On my next lesson, my instructor couldn't believe it - he said he thought I'd had a load of extra lessons elsewhere!

I tell you, this is AMAZING. I have spent over £1000 on lessons and still didn't feel confident to take my test. My instructor kept telling me that I was ready and that I should go for it. But everytime he said this, I felt totally sick just thinking about it. All I could picture was messing up on something stupid like stalling. I even woke up thinking about it. I didn't believe that Diane could make a difference as I've always been like this over any exams. Diane was really nice and firstly made me think of all the exams I'd taken and how worked up I got. She then just took all the emotions away. I honestly could think of every exam that I'd ever taken and there was literally no bad feeling about any of them. This took about two minutes! She then told me to think about booking and then taking my driving test. No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get worked up about it. We then did some exercises to picture myself driving perfectly on my test. I've now booked my test, and I'm looking forward to it. That is so weird.

I had been learning to drive that long that my theory test had ran out twice! Even though I could do everything I was really nervous about speed and felt scared going on dual carriageways or over 40mph. As a result, I've failed eight driving tests. After the session with Diane, I tried it out and went down the dual carriageway at 70mph and my worst nightmare which was getting on at the sliproads was just a past memory. Since the session, I have now passed my test, and done the Pass Plus. The motorway didn't even bother me at all!
(Gemma - Bentilee)
I couldn't really afford to have the session but my mate who'd just passed using Diane's help persuaded me to cancel my driving lesson one week to pay for it. Am I glad I chose to have the session as I've remembered much more from each lesson since, and my instructor says I'm learning much more quickly now. He'd previously told me that I'd need about another 20 lessons before I would be ready for my test. Because I'm much more focused now he reckons that I'll do it in about another 10 lessons; that's going to save me about £200! If you're like me and don't think that you can afford it, trust me, you can't afford not to. It's worth every penny and will save you a fortune in the long run.
